The 2026 Chery eQ1 (Ant) has officially launched, offering two trim levels: the "Xiai" (Adored) Edition and the "Zhen'ai" (True Love) Edition, with an official manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of RMB 54,900–60,900. A limited-time purchase promotion reduces prices to RMB 51,900–57,900. With trade-in subsidies, prices drop further to RMB 46,500–51,600, and with scrappage subsidies, they go as low as RMB 42,600–47,200. The updated model features redesigned front and rear bumpers and a refreshed front grille, available in three new colors: Good White, Cool Gray, and Buji Green—retaining its iconic silhouette while enhancing its modern appeal. The vehicle measures 3,242 mm long, 1,670 mm wide, and 1,550 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,150 mm, and adopts a 2+2 seating layout. Inside, the cabin receives trendy new color schemes and upgrades including a 10.4-inch central touchscreen, electronic parking brake, power-adjustable front passenger seat, and smartphone app-based remote control functions. Powering the eQ1 is a 36 kW electric motor, delivering a CLTC-rated range of 271 km. It supports fast charging from 30% to 80% in just 40 minutes, making it well-suited for daily commuting needs.
