Changan Automobile announced that the 2026 UNI-Z PHEV will officially launch on February 28. The current model is offered in three variants, priced from RMB 124,900 to RMB 133,900. Its exterior retains the inverted trapezoidal grille, L-shaped pixelated accents, and a floating roof design, complemented by full-width LED taillights and a rear spoiler. Inside, the cabin features a T-shaped layout with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch central touchscreen, supporting multiple connectivity options including HUAWEI HiCar. It also offers 50W wireless charging and Level 2 advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). The vehicle measures 4,730 mm long, 1,890 mm wide, and 1,660 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,795 mm. Powering the UNI-Z PHEV is Changan’s Blue Whale hybrid system, combining a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine and an electric motor. The engine delivers a maximum output of 72 kW, while the motor produces up to 158 kW. Paired with a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, the vehicle achieves a pure-electric range of 125 km and a combined range of up to 1,200 km.
