BYD has recently launched an official OTA update information inquiry portal on its website, available to owners of select Dynasty Network and Ocean Network models from the 2025–2026 model years. Owners can simply visit the dedicated inquiry page, enter their vehicle model, and instantly check whether their car is eligible for the update. The portal also provides detailed information including eligible models, software version numbers, and the start and end dates of the update rollout. This initiative aims to help owners clearly understand BYD’s OTA update schedule and avoid confusion caused by fragmented information. If no results appear in the query, it means the vehicle is not included in the current update cycle. BYD reminds owners that due to differences in production batches, software versions across vehicle modules may vary, and OTA updates will be rolled out in phases based on each vehicle’s actual software status. For further clarification regarding eligibility, owners are advised to contact their local authorized service center.
