In 2025, Foton Motor achieved revenue of RMB 61.247 billion, an increase of 28.41% year-over-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached RMB 1.364 billion, surging by 1,593.29% year-over-year. Total vehicle sales for the year amounted to 650,100 units, up 5.85% year-over-year, including 101,200 new energy vehicles (NEVs), a jump of 87.21% year-over-year, and overseas sales of 164,500 units, rising 7.27% year-over-year. The company continued advancing localized industrialization overseas, with new product sales contributing increasingly to overall performance. Innovations in marketing models and growth in aftermarket business have emerged as new profit drivers. By quarter, net profit was RMB 2.51 billion in Q4, compared to RMB 3.36 billion in Q3, representing a 25% sequential decline.
