BYD Seal 08 Flagship Edition Unveils New Bespoke Color "Cloud White" The BYD Seal 08 Flagship Edition has unveiled its new bespoke exterior color, "Cloud White." The model made its global debut in March 2024 and is scheduled to officially launch in the second quarter. Measuring 5,150 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,505 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,030 mm, the vehicle will be offered in both all-electric and plug-in hybrid variants. The all-electric version is built on an 800V high-voltage platform and equipped with BYD’s second-generation Blade Battery. According to the manufacturer, it promises a range exceeding 1,000 kilometers on a single charge and supports ultra-fast charging—adding 400 km of range in just five minutes. The plug-in hybrid variant features BYD’s DM-i system, powered by an engine delivering a maximum output of 115 kW. Standard across all trims are advanced driver-assistance systems, flash charging technology, rear-wheel steering, and the Yunni-A intelligent body control system. Inside, the cabin adopts the Ocean Aesthetics 2.0 design language, featuring an "Aurora Beige" interior color scheme. The dashboard and door panels are adorned with luminous mother-of-pearl trim. Additional highlights include dual front zero-gravity seats, ventilated/heated/massaging functions for all seats, welcome lighting carpets, power-closing doors on all four sides, double-glazed acoustic glass throughout, eight magnetic accessory mounting points, and an automotive-grade tissue box.
