Li Auto has launched its updated L9 model, with a starting price of RMB 459,800 and the top-trim Livis version priced at RMB 509,800. The new vehicle features upgrades in dimensions, range, power output, and equipment: overall dimensions have increased from 5,218×1,998×1,800 mm (wheelbase: 3,105 mm) to 5,255×2,000×1,810 mm (wheelbase: 3,125 mm); CLTC all-electric range has improved from 280 km to 420 km; and system peak power has risen from 330 kW to 420 kW. Additionally, the audio system and seat configurations have been enhanced. Technologically, the new L9 is equipped with an 800V fully active suspension system and Li Auto’s self-developed Maha M100 chip, delivering 1,280 TOPS of computing power per chip—two chips are installed in the Livis variant, offering a total of 2,560 TOPS. The battery pack has a capacity of 72.7 kWh, supports 5C ultra-fast charging (adding 300 km of CLTC range in just 10 minutes), and achieves a combined CLTC range of 1,650 km. Maintenance intervals for the range extender have been extended to three years or 30,000 kilometers.
