Yu Chengdong Unveils Huawei’s Luxeed S800 Grand Design Collector’s Edition, Launching in June

On May 18, Yu Chengdong, Executive Director of Huawei, Chairman of the Product Investment Review Committee, and Chairman of the Terminal BG, unveiled the new ultra-luxury "Zunjie S800 Grand Design Collector’s Edition." The vehicle is scheduled for an official launch in June 2024. The car features a unique "Yuan Shan Qing Dai" (Distant Mountain Indigo) exterior color, combining silver and blue-green two-tone bodywork, complemented by gold-colored logos and rear badging. Certain variants offer an optional gold accent line running across the hood. With dimensions of 5,480 mm in length, 2,000 mm in width, and either 1,536 mm or 1,542 mm in height—and a wheelbase of 3,370 mm—the Zunjie S800 will be available in both all-electric and extended-range electric powertrain configurations. Yu Chengdong indicated that the vehicle’s expected price will be around RMB 2 million. The model was previously listed in the 407th batch of the "Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products," published on May 9.
