Volkswagen International Finance Plans to Issue RMB 3 Billion Panda Bonds

Volkswagen International Finance Co., Ltd. has launched the subscription for its first tranche of medium-term notes (Bond Connect) for 2026, with a planned total issuance amount not exceeding RMB 3 billion. Of this, Tranche One has an initial issuance size of RMB 2 billion, a tenor of three years, and a subscription rate range of 1.70% to 2.50%; Tranche Two has an initial issuance size of RMB 1 billion, a tenor of five years, and a subscription rate range of 1.85% to 2.65%.
