As of April 2026, HUAWEI HiCar achieved a new vehicle installation rate of 63.1% in China's passenger car market and a cumulative market share of 57.0% from January to April, ranking first among mainstream smartphone-to-vehicle connectivity systems. During the same period, CarPlay and Carlink followed behind, with new vehicle installation rates of 56.8% and 44.5%, and market shares of 47.8% and 30.3%, respectively. To date, Huawei HiCar has partnered with over 70 automotive brands, covering more than 600 vehicle models, with cumulative installations exceeding 40 million units. HiCar enables drivers to access smartphone functions—including navigation, music, phone calls, and voice interaction—through the vehicle’s infotainment system while driving.
