Tesla has rolled out the supervised version of Full Self-Driving (FSD) to vehicle owners in Lithuania. Previously, on April 10, the Dutch Vehicle Authority (RDW) granted European type approval for the supervised FSD running software version 14.3. Under the EU's mutual recognition mechanism, other member states can accept this certification without conducting separate independent testing, facilitating the country-by-country rollout of the system across mainland Europe.
