Ganfeng Lithium is simultaneously advancing two technological pathways in solid-state batteries: silicon-carbon anodes and lithium-metal anodes. Currently, its 400 Wh/kg solid-state battery utilizing a lithium-metal anode has achieved a cycle life exceeding 1,100 cycles, completed engineering validation, and demonstrated strong potential for large-scale commercialization. Additionally, the company has achieved small-batch mass production of the world’s first 10Ah solid-state battery product with an energy density of around 500 Wh/kg. On the silicon-based anode front, Ganfeng has established an energy density portfolio ranging from 320 to 480 Wh/kg. Specifically, its 320 Wh/kg cells have surpassed 1,000 cycles in lifespan, while its 480 Wh/kg technology stands at the forefront of the industry. The company’s solid-state batteries primarily target high-end applications such as premium new energy vehicles, the low-altitude economy, robotics, and consumer electronics, with potential customers including leading global automakers, prominent drone and eVTOL companies, and major international smartphone manufacturers.
