On May 22, the Voyah Taishan X8 officially launched in Wuhan, Hubei Province, with five trim levels available, offering both all-electric and plug-in hybrid powertrain options. The official manufacturer's suggested retail price ranges from RMB 292,900 to RMB 379,900. The vehicle continues Voyah’s "Kunpeng Spreading Wings" design language, featuring a closed-off vertical waterfall-style illuminated grille at the front, accented with vertical chrome strips and a full-width luminous daytime running light that enhances the car's horizontal visual width. Integrated on both sides are DLP intelligent projection headlights embedded within black trim pieces, combining both lighting and projection capabilities.
