Zhang Xue has issued a legal notice stating that she never authorized Zhang Xiaoping or Beijing United Publishing Co., Ltd. to compile, publish, or distribute a book titled *Brave Dream Chaser: Zhang Xue’s Passion and Remarkable Comeback* (ISBN: 9787559692696). The book unlawfully uses Zhang Xue’s name, personal experiences, and private information, constituting infringement. Zhang Xue has engaged legal counsel to demand that the involved parties immediately remove the book from sale, recall and destroy all existing copies, issue a public apology, and provide compensation. The book remains available for purchase. Zhang Xue’s representatives emphasized that the content of the book has not been verified by her and constitutes an infringing publication; the public is urged not to purchase or disseminate it. Separately, according to race reports, on May 17, in Race 2 of the WorldSSP class at the Czech Republic round of the 2026 FIM Superbike World Championship (WorldSBK), French rider Valentin Debise—riding for the Chinese motorcycle brand “Zhang Xue Motorcycles”—claimed victory. This marks his second double-win (winning both races at a single event) of the season, following his success in Portugal, and represents the fifth race win he has achieved in partnership with “Zhang Xue Motorcycles.” Debise has now moved up to second place in the riders’ championship standings, while “Zhang Xue Motorcycles” currently ranks third in the manufacturers’ classification.
