The AITO M9 was officially launched recently, offering both five-seat and six-seat variants, with powertrain options including all-electric and range-extended electric versions. The model is available in three trims: Max+ priced at RMB 479,800, Ultra at RMB 539,800, and Ultimate at RMB 659,800. The vehicle is equipped with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 5.0 advanced intelligent driving system, featuring 40 sensors and six LiDAR units across the body, enabling 360-degree blind-spot-free monitoring and comprehensive collision avoidance capabilities. Its chassis utilizes the Tuling Digital Chassis System, built on a domain-fusion architecture that integrates digital chassis control with coordinated control models. It also features Road Preview 2.0 technology, capable of detecting road potholes and rocks to enable autonomous suspension adjustments. Inside the cabin, the AITO M9 offers four zero-gravity seats. The Ultimate trim supports centralized air-massage functionality and a 180-degree rear-facing seat rotation mode, transforming the interior into either a meeting room or a tea lounge. Extensive sound-insulating materials are used throughout the vehicle, complemented by ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) technology. The HarmonyOS Health Cabin 3.0 continuously monitors the in-cabin environment, while an onboard oxygen generator automatically supplies oxygen based on altitude and occupant fatigue levels. The infotainment system runs a dedicated HarmonyOS Intelligent Mobility version, delivering 50% smoother operation, and its voice assistant “Xiao Yi” can sync with smartwatches and smartphones to provide fatigue alerts and trip reminders. For intelligent interaction, the vehicle features full-color projection headlights, side-mounted full-color laser projectors, and a “Holographic Perception” system. Connectivity is powered by Huawei’s Galaxy Communication 2.0 technology, supporting integrated terrestrial-satellite network connectivity. Under the hood, the entire lineup debuts Huawei’s Zhijing 800V high-voltage dual-SiC platform. The dual-motor variant accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, while the triple-motor Ultimate trim achieves this in just 3.7 seconds. All variants come standard with rear-wheel steering, achieving a minimum turning radius of 5.1 meters. The all-electric version is equipped with a 120 kWh “Giant Whale” battery, delivering a CLTC range of up to 750 km. The range-extended variants offer pure-electric ranges of 340 km and 422 km respectively, with a combined full-tank/full-charge range exceeding 1,400 km. Built upon a re-engineered electronic and electrical architecture, the AITO M9 achieves full-domain integration across powertrain, chassis, perception, and cabin systems.
