On May 29, Audi officially launched its first intelligent electric SUV—the Audi E7X—with five variants priced between RMB 269,800 and RMB 359,800. Built on a 900V high-voltage platform, the E7X delivers a CLTC-rated range of up to 751 km and supports a peak charging power of 456 kW. The Audi E7X is equipped with an all-aluminum air suspension system and ZF’s CDC (Continuous Damping Control) adaptive damping system. It deeply integrates the intelligent driving perception system with chassis control, enabling a suspension preview function that proactively identifies road conditions ahead and actively adjusts suspension height and damping in real time. The vehicle features 28 perception sensors, including LiDAR and Orin-X chips, and comes pre-equipped with hardware for Level 3 (L3) autonomous driving, making it the debut model for Momenta’s L3 autonomous driving technology. Its intelligent driving system leverages Momenta’s reinforcement learning-based large model, implemented via an end-to-end architecture and specifically optimized for China’s complex road scenarios. Inside, the E7X introduces the “Audi Smart Lounge” concept, redefining luxury experiences through scenario-based design that creates a distinctive “in-car lifestyle.”
