Toyota to Open Second Plant in São Paulo, Brazil, in November

Toyota Motor plans to open its second factory in Brazil in Sorocaba, São Paulo state, in early November. Once completed, the facility will make Sorocaba Toyota's primary industrial hub in Brazil. This new plant is part of Toyota's previously announced plan to invest 11 billion Brazilian reais (approximately USD 2.18 billion) in Brazil by 2030.
