At the 30th Greater Bay Area Auto Show in 2026, Dongfeng Nissan unveiled its "Triple Peace-of-Mind Service" policy, designed to address vehicle ownership needs throughout the entire user lifecycle. The policy comprises three key components: lifetime warranty on core major components, manufacturer-covered routine maintenance, and extended mileage protection. For first-time individual non-commercial vehicle owners, Dongfeng Nissan offers a lifetime warranty on the vehicle’s triad electric systems (battery, motor, and electronic control unit). The company also pledges unconditional compensation for spontaneous combustion incidents throughout the vehicle's lifetime—regardless of the owner’s status, the standard vehicle warranty period, or whether the vehicle has reached end-of-life criteria. Compared to the industry norm of an 8-year or 150,000-kilometer warranty, this service is expected to save users over RMB 20,000 in potential repair costs. In terms of routine maintenance, owners are entitled to one free refresh each for paintwork, bumpers, and glass, plus one complimentary repair (up to RMB 2,000) for issues unrelated to manufacturing defects. In the event of an insurance-covered accident, owners can also receive e-voucher subsidies worth up to RMB 1,200 for use in Dongfeng Nissan’s online mall. Additionally, owners of N-Series models enjoy two years or 60,000 kilometers of tire protection. If tires suffer bulges or sidewall damage due to accidental impact or scraping, they will be replaced free of charge. With a single OEM tire priced up to RMB 1,700, replacing all four could cost approximately RMB 7,000; multiple replacements during the coverage period are permitted, offering cumulative savings of up to RMB 7,000. This service is valid for one year and applies to customers who purchase the N6, N7, or NX8 models before August 31, 2026.
