Changan Automobile reported total deliveries of 209,100 units in May, including 70,700 units delivered overseas, marking a 38% year-over-year increase. Deliveries of new energy vehicles (NEVs) reached 92,400 units in May, doubling compared to the same period last year. By brand, Changan Qiyuan delivered 34,528 units in May, with its all-new Q05 model contributing 15,812 units—garnering over 3,000 orders within three days of its launch in Thailand. Deepal Auto recorded May sales of 33,243 units, up 30% year-over-year, bringing its cumulative sales from January to May to 130,531 units, a 15% increase year-over-year. Its cumulative overseas sales reached 28,704 units, surging 167% year-over-year. Specifically, the Deepal S model sold 18,866 units in May, pushing its total cumulative sales beyond 220,000 units. Avatr delivered 7,336 units in May. The Changan Automobile brand delivered 48,900 units, while Changan Kaicheng delivered 21,100 units, with its NEV deliveries rising 21% year-over-year.
