GAC Trumpchi M8 PHEV L and E8 PHEV will officially launch on June 11, with pre-orders for both models already open. The M8 PHEV L features a large front grille adorned with block-shaped chrome accents, dual-side power sliding doors, and turbine-style alloy wheels. The top-tier AWD Ultra variant is equipped with ISD intelligent interactive taillights. Inside, the cabin adopts a "Galaxy Embrace" design theme, standard with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 17.3-inch central touchscreen powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8295 chip. It runs ADIGO SENSE, an end-cloud integrated large AI model, supporting smartphone connectivity, Sentry Mode, and more. Seating configuration is 2+2+3 (seven seats). Additional exterior highlights include full-width LED headlights, a trapezoidal chrome-accented grille, optional roof-mounted LiDAR, and mechanical door handles. The E8 PHEV shares similar styling cues, featuring full-width LED headlights and a chrome-trimmed trapezoidal grille, along with standard dual-side power sliding doors. All trims come with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a floating 15.6-inch central display. Second-row seats offer ventilation, heating, and massage functions, complemented by a foldable table, refrigerator, and a 17.3-inch rear-seat entertainment screen. Its dimensions are 5,000 mm (L) × 1,900 mm (W) × 1,778 mm (H), with a 3,000-mm wheelbase. Under the hood sits a 1.5T engine (model code 4A15J4) rated at 125 kW, paired with a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack.
