On June 3, 2026, an Aito M9 was involved in an accident in Zeguo Town, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. No injuries were reported. Following the incident, relevant parties contacted the vehicle owner and provided assistance. On-site verification confirmed that while driving, the vehicle struck a large metal component that had fallen from the vehicle ahead, causing a severe physical impact. The car subsequently caught fire after being dragged for a period of time, but the fire was quickly extinguished. Preliminary investigations indicated that the vehicle’s triple electric systems (battery, motor, and electronic control) were functioning normally prior to the incident, with no other abnormalities detected. The accident was caused by external factors and not due to any fault of the vehicle itself.
