On June 3, smart driving solution provider Freescale and automotive semiconductor company Infineon jointly launched the world's first 8T8R edge-architecture 4D imaging millimeter-wave radar, the FVR60, in Zhejiang Province. Compared to its predecessor, this radar delivers a 30% improvement in both processing speed and RF performance, achieves a maximum detection range of 350 meters, and complies with relevant mandatory national standards, providing critical perception support for the large-scale deployment of intelligent driver assistance systems.
