Recently, Chuhang Technology completed its Series C financing round, raising over RMB 100 million. The round was led by a fund managed by Shanda Investment, with follow-on investments from Xinzhi YanChan Fund and Lanpu Gaozhi Fund. The proceeds will be used for technological iteration and capacity expansion to further solidify the company’s leadership in spatial intelligent sensing. Founded in 2018, Chuhang Technology specializes in professional-grade millimeter-wave radar perception solutions, with automotive applications as its core focus, particularly in the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) domain. The company has built a mass-production product portfolio that includes forward-looking radar, corner radar, vital-sign detection radar, and 4D high-precision radar. Domestically, Chuhang Technology has entered the supply chains of nearly 30 automakers—including Leapmotor, Geely, Chery, Great Wall, BAIC, and Dongfeng—and has secured定点 projects for nearly 90 key vehicle models, with more than 20 already in mass production. Internationally, the company has obtained 50 market access certifications and operates in countries such as Germany, India, South Korea, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Beyond automotive applications, Chuhang is expanding into emerging consumer sectors including two-wheel vehicles, robotics, drones, and elderly care. In March 2024, the company formed a strategic partnership with Qiaoshang Linghang to jointly develop millimeter-wave radar products for vital-sign monitoring in smart elderly care. In April, its joint venture, Haohang Technology, signed a two-wheeler radar project order with India’s Sterling Tools. Additionally, Chuhang has established collaborations with new energy enterprises such as Chuneng and Bot Auto to advance its second growth curve strategy.
