On June 3, during a live stream session with Zhang Xue Motorcycles, a user reported that after purchasing an 820RR model from a Zhang Xue store in Chengde, Hebei Province, they were unable to register the vehicle or obtain insurance due to a lost certificate of conformity. In response during the live stream, Zhang Xue stated, "Stores like this only harm customers; shut them down immediately."
