Its starting price overseas is approximately RMB 199,900, and it is expected to be introduced to the Chinese market in the future. The exterior features Volkswagen’s “Pure Positive” design language, retaining the C-pillar styling reminiscent of the first-generation Golf, and is equipped with an intelligent lighting system. The vehicle measures 4,053 mm in length, 1,816 mm in width, and 1,530 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,600 mm. The trunk offers 441 liters of cargo space, expandable to 1,240 liters with the rear seats folded down. Inside, the cabin adopts a minimalist layout, featuring a standard 10-inch fully digital instrument cluster and a 13-inch touchscreen infotainment display. Decorative stitching bearing the Volkswagen logo adds subtle detailing throughout. Powering the ID. POLO is a front-mounted single electric motor available in three output variants, with the highest delivering 155 kW. WLTP-rated ranges are offered at either 329 km or 454 km, depending on the configuration.
