The 2026 Qualcomm Automotive Technology and Collaboration Summit was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, from June 4 to 5, 2026. At the event, Longsys unveiled its automotive-grade UFS 4.1 storage product. Featuring the company’s self-developed WM7400 controller fabricated on a 5nm process, the product delivers sequential read and write speeds of up to 4,200 MB/s and 4,000 MB/s, respectively, along with 4KB random read and write performance of 630K IOPS and 750K IOPS. It comes in a standard package size of 11.5 × 13 × 1.2 mm and offers capacity options ranging from 128 GB to 512 GB. The storage solution complies with the AEC-Q100 automotive reliability standard and has obtained IATF 16949 certification for automotive quality management systems. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, meeting the Grade 2 extended temperature requirements. The WM7400 controller supports third-generation PrimeLDPC error correction, SECDED (Single Error Correction, Double Error Detection), and RAID array protection to ensure data reliability. For data security, it integrates an RSA2048 asymmetric encryption engine, a TRNG (True Random Number Generator), and HMAC-SHA256 secure hashing algorithm, combined with HPB (Host Performance Booster) technology. In terms of power consumption, the device draws less than 850 mA under CCQRMS operating conditions, with peak current below 1,200 mA, and total power consumption in H8 sleep-plus-standby mode under 500 μA.
