On June 6, BYD officially unveiled official photos of the Denza Z "Black Warrior" edition. The vehicle features an all-black body design, with only the logo obscured. The Denza Z is BYD’s second all-electric supercar following the Yangwang U9 and has already undergone real-world testing on the Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit. Externally, the Denza Z is equipped with an aggressive front splitter and a large fixed rear wing, emphasizing its sporty character through prominent aerodynamic components. Built on BYD’s proprietary Yi.San.Fang (Y.S.F.) performance platform, the car delivers over 1,000 horsepower and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in under 2 seconds. The chassis features the world’s first YunRide-M magnetorheological suspension system, offering bidirectional, continuously variable damping control with a response time of less than 10 milliseconds—approximately 100 times faster than conventional suspensions—and capable of anticipating road conditions up to 0.5 seconds in advance. Inside, the cabin adopts a 2+2 seating layout, primarily finished in cyan with yellow accent details. Carbon-fiber monocoque sport seats provide both excellent support and lightweight construction. The steering wheel features a one-touch folding function; when folded, it increases space in the driver’s area by 14%, enhancing ease of entry and exit.
