At BYD Company Limited's 2025 Annual General Meeting, Wang Chuanfu stated that vehicle intelligence is embodied intelligence, and BYD was the first to propose the concept of "Intelligent Driving for All," aiming to accelerate the application of AI technologies in the automotive sector. Currently, BYD has 3.15 million vehicles equipped with intelligent driving features operating globally, generating approximately 200 million kilometers of driving data daily, which supports the development and deployment of higher-level autonomous driving systems. He noted that, given the current trajectory of AI advancement, Level 3 (L3) and Level 4 (L4) autonomous driving will become a reality sooner than expected. BYD has already established a comprehensive presence across key areas including chips, algorithms, data, and ecosystem development. Once relevant regulations are officially enacted, BYD will immediately launch new products compliant with L3 requirements and simultaneously advance their global rollout, with training centers already prepared in Europe, South America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
