WEY Gaoshan 7 SUV Launches, Starting at RMB 285,800

On June 16, the Wey Gaoshan 7 SUV officially launched in Baoding, with an official MSRP of RMB 285,800 and a limited-time promotional price of RMB 270,800. The new model features an increased minimum ground clearance of 185 mm and adds dedicated rebound springs to its shock absorbers, enhancing off-road capability while preserving the refined ride quality typical of MPVs. Externally, it introduces a new crossover-style body kit and offers three exterior and interior color combinations. The vehicle measures 5,149 mm long, 2,005 mm wide, and 1,925 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 3,085 mm and an impressive interior longitudinal length of 3,468 mm. Both the second and third rows are equipped with extra-long sliding rails enabling stepless space adjustment. The third-row seats feature a 4/6 split butterfly-folding mechanism for flexible luggage compartment configuration. The front seats are upholstered in NAPPA leather, while the second row offers ventilation, heating, and power-adjustable leg rests. The third-row seat cushions boast a soft-layer thickness of 151 mm. Inside the cabin sits a 12.5-liter smart dual-zone refrigerator with temperature control ranging from 0°C to 50°C. The infotainment system runs CoffeeOS 3, powered by an automotive-grade flagship chip supporting independent voice recognition across six audio zones. Dual 15.6-inch screens are installed up front, complemented by a 17.3-inch display in the rear, all integrated with a 23-speaker Dolby Atmos surround sound system to enable seamless five-screen connectivity and multi-scenario entertainment experiences. For intelligent driving, the vehicle is equipped with the CoffeePilot 3 advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS), featuring 27 high-precision sensors throughout the car. It supports end-to-end parking-to-parking hands-free assistance, 100-meter reverse tracking, 3-kilometer memory parking, and remote parking functions. Powering the vehicle is Hi4 Performance Edition intelligent electric four-wheel-drive hybrid technology, delivering a combined system output of 337 kW and peak torque of 644 N·m, enabling a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of just 5.7 seconds. It comes with a 44.28 kWh battery pack, offering a WLTC pure-electric range of 172 km and a combined range of 945 km; under CLTC conditions, the pure-electric range extends to 206 km with a combined range of 1,135 km. The body structure comprises 81.96% high-strength steel, and the battery has passed 89 safety tests, earning a five-star rating for electric vehicle fire safety certification.
