XPeng Motors recently released official images of the MONA L03, the first SUV in its MONA series. The vehicle features a unique body color named "Plum Sauce" and is scheduled to officially launch in July. Positioned as a compact coupe SUV, the MONA L03 comes in two length variants—4,650 mm and 4,672 mm—with a height of 1,600 mm and a wheelbase of 2,850 mm. Its design follows XPeng’s signature styling language, featuring T-shaped headlights at the front, sleek side profiles, and a贯穿-style hollowed-out taillight at the rear. In terms of powertrain, the MONA L03 will be offered in both all-electric and range-extended versions. The all-electric variant is equipped with a single motor delivering a maximum output of 183 kW and uses lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells supplied by CALB, offering an estimated CLTC range between 500 and 650 km. The range-extended version features a 1.5L engine with a peak power output of 70 kW and a 37.2 kWh battery pack. For intelligent driving features, all trims come standard with XPeng’s VLA 2.0 vision-only ADAS system. Higher-end models are equipped with the high-performance Turing chip, enabling urban NGP (Navigation Guided Pilot) and full-scenario automated parking capabilities. The vehicle is expected to be priced between RMB 130,000 and RMB 160,000.
