Xiaopeng Group CEO He Xiaopeng announced that the Xiaopeng MONA L03, set to make its China debut and open for pre-orders on July 2, will bring 1,500 TOPS of effective computing power and the full-featured second-generation VLA (Vision-Language-Action) intelligent driving system to an SUV priced around USD 20,000 (approximately RMB 136,000). Equipped with the Turing AI chip, the vehicle reportedly delivers 12 to 18 times the computing performance of mainstream models in its class. On the software side, it features the Turing AI Driving System, supporting end-to-end parking-to-parking navigation, human-AI co-driving, and navigation-free NGP roaming capabilities. The MONA L03 will be offered in both all-electric and super extended-range variants. The all-electric version achieves a maximum CLTC range of 625 km, with a minimum combined energy consumption of 11.9 kWh per 100 km and a 0–100 km/h acceleration time as fast as 6.6 seconds. The super extended-range variant offers a combined CLTC range of 1,330 km, a WLTC combined fuel consumption of 5.16 L/100 km, and a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 6.8 seconds, complemented by ENC active noise cancellation technology. Positioned as a smart, stylish SUV targeting young consumers, the MONA L03 measures 4,650/4,672 mm in length, 1,920 mm in width, and 1,600 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,850 mm and a curb weight ranging from 1,855 kg to 1,942 kg. Its top speed is 180 km/h. Tire options include 225/60R18 and 245/45R20 sizes. The electric motor—supplied by Luxshare Intelligent Technology (Changshu) Co., Ltd.—carries the model number TZ200XY01D03X, with a rated power of 70 kW and a peak power of 183 kW. The battery uses lithium iron phosphate cells supplied by SVOLT. Exterior customization options include front logo, dual front-facing cameras, door badging, fender trim pieces with integrated cameras, rear badges, side mirror-mounted cameras, rear bumper rear-view cameras, rear spoiler, side skirts, front and rear bumper trims, wheels, and brake calipers. Inside, over 72% of surfaces are soft-touch wrapped. Interior highlights include brushed-metal speaker grilles, a dual-layer silver-coated panoramic sunroof, large-area front vanity mirrors with soft lighting, and 23 expandable interface ports. The cabin also features 256-color ambient lighting with a total strip length of 4.15 meters. Dual satellite buttons allow one-touch activation of intelligent driving functions or switching between drive modes. The display system comprises a 26.8-inch W-HUD and a 15.6-inch 2.5K ultra-high-definition central touchscreen, which supports 16.7 million colors, 600 nits brightness, and an oleophobic and hydrophobic coating.
