Geely Auto has recently released official interior images of the Galaxy Battleship 700, a plug-in hybrid SUV with rugged styling, expected to be officially launched soon. The cabin features straight lines and rounded rectangular design elements, extensively wrapped in soft-touch materials. It is equipped with a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, a floating central infotainment screen, a long-strip digital instrument cluster, and an additional information display ahead of the front passenger. Below the central screen, physical buttons and a gear selector are retained, along with a rotary dial for switching between four driving modes: Smart, Eco, Comfort, and Sport. Additional features include adjustable air suspension height, tank-turn capability, a 4L low-range off-road mode, and differential lock controls. Exterior-wise, the Galaxy Battleship 700 adopts a boxy “square-box” silhouette. The front fascia features a conventional grille, with a full-width light bar at the top center, a backlit Galaxy logo in the middle, and semi-circular headlights on both sides. Measuring 4,893 mm long, 2,028 mm wide, and 1,905 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,930 mm, the vehicle employs an embedded trapezoidal semi-ladder frame structure that reduces weight by approximately 200 kg. Its body torsional rigidity exceeds 40,000 Nm/deg, and it offers a minimum ground clearance of 230 mm. The rear end maintains a squared-off design, featuring vertical taillights, a side-hinged tailgate, and an externally mounted “spare tire carrier” storage compartment—nicknamed the “little backpack.” Under the hood, the base variant features a dual-motor plug-in hybrid system, while the top-trim version adds a third motor, delivering a combined output of 830 kW (approximately 1,113 hp) and peak torque exceeding 1,200 N·m. This results in an impressive power-to-weight ratio of 392 hp per ton. The vehicle supports electric drive systems integrated with GVMC (Geely Vector Motion Control), enabling delivery of peak torque even from a standstill.
