Stellantis Group expects global shipments of 1.6 million vehicles for the second quarter ending June 30, 2026, representing a 10% year-over-year increase. This growth is primarily driven by strong performance in North America and Europe. In North America, shipments rose by approximately 122,000 units, or 38% year-over-year. The increase was fueled by higher sales of new or refreshed models, including the Ram 1500 HEMI® V8, the new Ram 1500 TRX SRT, updated Jeep Grand Wagoneer and Grand Cherokee models, the refreshed Chrysler Pacifica, and the all-new Jeep Cherokee and Dodge Charger SIXPACK (available in both two-door and four-door variants). This figure also includes preparations for summer production shutdowns. In Europe, shipments increased by about 39,000 units, or 5% year-over-year. Of this, approximately 41,000 incremental units came from Stellantis brands’ new models based on the Smart Car platform—including the Citroën C3, C3 Aircross, Opel/Vauxhall Frontera, and Fiat Grande Panda—marking a 51% year-over-year surge. Additionally, the all-new Jeep Compass contributed roughly 8,000 units of growth in the C-segment SUV category. However, shipments of legacy B-segment SUVs—including the Jeep Avenger, Fiat 600, Opel Mokka, and Peugeot 2008—declined by around 28,000 units, partially offsetting the overall gains. Furthermore, Leapmotor-branded vehicles achieved European shipments of 33,000 units, up by 25,000 units year-over-year, primarily driven by demand for the T03 and B10 models. Shipments in the Middle East and Africa decreased by approximately 4,000 units, or 3% year-over-year, while South American shipments declined by about 7,000 units, also down 3% year-over-year. Shipments in the Asia-Pacific region remained stable at 16,000 units, unchanged from the same period last year.
