At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, RoboSense officially launched E2, its second-generation all-solid-state perception platform based on the self-developed “Peacock” SPAD-SoC chip. The company also showcased a comprehensive portfolio of digital LiDAR and fused sensor products built upon its two in-house SPAD-SoC chips—“Peacock” and “Phoenix”—covering the full technological chain from foundational chips and spatial perception hardware to real-world data acquisition. The E2 platform adopts an all-solid-state architecture, integrating the ultra-large-area “Peacock” SPAD-SoC chip with a 2D VCSEL chip to enable signal transmission, reception, and data processing directly at the chip level. Compared to the previous-generation E1 platform, E2 delivers a wider field of view within a more compact form factor, achieves up to three times higher precision, and supports million-level point frequencies—making it ideal for applications such as lawn-mowing robots, humanoid robots, quadrupedal robots, and drones. E2 has already secured collaboration orders from multiple global companies in the fields of residential robotics, smart hardware, and consumer electronics, marking its entry into large-scale commercial deployment. RoboSense is also partnering with clients across the physical AI ecosystem to advance spatial perception and real-world data collection. Additionally, RoboSense announced strategic partnerships with ZhiZaiWuJie, Jianzhi Robotics, Origen, and Guanglun Intelligence to jointly accelerate development across key areas—including robotic spatial perception, real-world data acquisition, data processing, model training, and application validation—to rapidly build out the perception infrastructure for physical AI. The company focuses on three core capabilities: in-house chip development, AI data closed-loop systems, and automotive-grade mass production. It is systematically building a robotics technology platform tailored for the physical AI era. Its perception products generate computable and learnable data assets in real time during robot movement and manipulation, fueling the evolution of physical AI foundation models. Leveraging years of experience in automotive-grade R&D, testing, and manufacturing, RoboSense has established a complete engineering system spanning chip design, product development, and large-scale delivery—and is now extending this capability into the robotics domain to accelerate the mass production and deployment of cutting-edge technologies.
