On July 20, Firefly—a sub-brand under NIO—will officially unveil its first model in the Halo Light-Seeker series at the Shanghai Conservatory Garden. The vehicle features a gray-green exterior paint finish paired with multi-spoke black alloy wheels, emphasizing a sporty character. Its design highlights a "light-flowing" body texture, softly illuminated logo glow, and intricate wheel details that blend light and shadow, showcasing distinctive styling, premium materials, and meticulous craftsmanship. The car retains the signature "trio" headlight design and offers optional Star Trail dual-tone alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin is equipped with a 13.2-inch 2.5K high-resolution central touchscreen and a 6-inch digital instrument cluster. It adopts a driver-passenger connected center console layout and introduces new features including an intelligent driving assistance indicator ("Little Blue Light"), auto-dipping side mirrors with memory function during reversing, and ambient lighting inspired by the Firefly Band. Additional configurations include customizable lock/unlock lighting effects synchronized with personalized sound cues. The vehicle measures 4,003 mm in length, 1,781 mm in width, and 1,557 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,615 mm. It employs a single-motor layout delivering a maximum output of 120 kW. The standard range variant is powered by a 42.1 kWh battery pack weighing 314 kg, offering a CLTC-rated range of 420 km. Since commencing deliveries on April 29, 2025, the Firefly brand has achieved cumulative deliveries of 70,000 units. In April this year, it launched an upgraded model priced between RMB 119,800 and RMB 125,800, with the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) leasing option starting from RMB 79,800 to RMB 85,800.
