The 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference opened on July 17, marking the first time that Anhui Shenji Technology Co., Ltd. participated as an independent exhibitor. A chip subsidiary of NIO, Shenji was established in June 2025 and has secured nearly RMB 3 billion in funding. The company positions itself as a full-stack, full-scenario chip provider covering autonomous driving, embodied intelligence, and Agent inference. At the exhibition, Shenji unveiled its Shenji NX9031 chip and vehicle-domain controller, and launched the "Ruidong" Embodied Intelligence Development Platform and a Distributed Agent Platform. Its current product lineup includes multiple chip variants—NX9031X, NX9031U, and NX9031C—each tailored for three major AI application areas: intelligent driver assistance, embodied intelligence, and Agent inference. Notably, the high-end NX9031X has already been deployed across all vehicle models of NIO and its Onvo brand, with cumulative shipments exceeding 300,000 units. Built on a 5nm automotive-grade process, the NX9031 series delivers high computing power and has undergone extensive mass-production validation. The "Ruidong" platform, powered by the mid-range NX9031U chip, supports complex models for robotic perception and autonomous planning. Shenji plans to extend its expertise in vehicle perception, real-time control, and functional safety—accumulated through intelligent driver assistance systems—to emerging AI scenarios such as humanoid robots, autonomous logistics vehicles, and high-compute terminals.
