UBTECH has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with its Korean partners—Duksan JM Robotics (JMR) and AJIN Industrial, a Korean automotive parts manufacturer—to jointly launch a validation project deploying humanoid robots, including the Cruzr Y1 and Walker S2, on Korea’s first automotive parts production line. The collaboration aims to focus on the practical application of humanoid robots in automotive component manufacturing and advance their deployment from demonstration trials into real-world industrial settings.
