Voyah saw the most significant improvement, with its retention rate rising from 65.6% to 74.3% (an increase of 8.7 percentage points), while NIO rebounded from 63.6% to 69.0%. In terms of the "Used Car Value Index," IM Motors ranked first at 148%, indicating its used vehicles offer the greatest price advantage relative to new cars. BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and FAW Audi maintained high levels with indices of 143%, 140%, and 138%, respectively.
