On July 21, 2026, TuHu Auto Services repurchased 752,100 ordinary shares at a total cost of approximately RMB 9.7604 million, with the repurchase price per share ranging between HK$12.7 and HK$13.1. As of that date, the company’s total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 760,621,235. The company received authorization to repurchase shares on June 5, 2026, allowing it to buy back up to 82,769,068 shares. To date, it has cumulatively repurchased 5,186,000 shares, representing 0.6266% of its issued share capital. Additionally, the blackout period for the company’s next issuance of new shares or resale or transfer of treasury shares will remain in effect until August 20, 2026.
