Multiple ride-hailing drivers have reported that their operational vehicles, after approximately three years of use, are frequently experiencing battery-related issues such as phantom battery drain and abnormal overheating, posing safety hazards and disrupting normal operations. Some drivers stated that without replacing the entire battery pack with a new one, their vehicles would be difficult to continue using. Several drivers, after repeatedly failing to resolve the issue through communication with authorized 4S dealerships, have taken to social media to expose the problem and joined a维权 (rights-protection) group comprising over 100 drivers from across the country, discovering that similar battery issues are widespread. Affected vehicle owners are currently pursuing solutions through formal complaints and other channels.
