Multiple New Models Launch in Week 30 of 2026, Spanning SUVs, Shooting Brakes, and Limited Editions

From July 20 to July 26, 2026, China’s automotive market welcomed the launch of several new models. Dongfeng Yipai introduced the all-new Yipai M8, positioned as a “premium six-seater SUV setting the Chinese benchmark,” featuring Huawei’s Qiankun Smart Automotive Solution across all trims. The Lynk & Co 07 GT officially debuted with its shooting brake design, targeting a niche segment that balances individuality and practicality. Chery Fulwin unveiled the Fulwin A9, a mid-to-large sedan boasting sleek, dynamic styling, rich features, and a competitively priced offering. Also launched during this period was the Subaru Outback 60th Anniversary Limited Edition, which went on sale on July 21, 2026. Two variants are available, priced between RMB 215,800 and RMB 230,800, with only 25 units produced. Sales will run through September 30, 2026. The limited-edition model retains the current Outback’s exterior design but adds multiple exclusive accessories, including decals on the hood, lower door panels, side skirts, C-pillars, and tailgate center. It also incorporates “4WILD” badging and mountain-inspired motifs to enhance its rugged, off-road character. Protective door-edge cladding is added along the sides to improve paint protection when driving on unpaved surfaces. At the rear, a special “Boxer 60th Anniversary” decal highlights its limited-edition status. Inside, the cabin layout remains unchanged but gains exclusive steering wheel trim, “4WILD” badging, and all-weather floor mats for easier cleaning after outdoor adventures. Under the hood, it carries over the 2.5L horizontally opposed four-cylinder naturally aspirated engine, delivering a maximum output of 124 kW and peak torque of 252 N·m, paired with a CVT automatic transmission and Subaru’s Symmetrical AWD full-time all-wheel-drive system.
