Xiaomi Auto's Pengcheng Series Standalone Stores to Open by End of July, Starting at RMB 200,000

Xiaomi Auto's new product line, SkyNomad Pengcheng, will officially open its standalone experience stores by the end of July. A total of six dedicated stores are planned nationwide, with the first batch already completing basic renovations—led by the store at Expo Terra in Pudong, Shanghai. Featuring a deep red visual design and prominently displaying the SkyNomad logo, these stores are currently in a closed preparation phase and will exclusively showcase and sell Pengcheng models, without displaying Xiaomi’s pure-electric sedans like the SU7. The stores will feature the N70 and N90, SkyNomad’s two flagship range-extended SUVs, with more comprehensive configurations and variants than those available at standard Xiaomi Auto outlets. Sales staff have not been separately recruited; existing personnel across locations are already authorized to sell Pengcheng vehicles. Online, official TikTok accounts for stores in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Kunming, and other cities have been launched, regularly posting updates on store preparations and promotional content for the new models. Multiple Pengcheng derivatives—including the N70, N90, their Max variants, and a camping-specific edition—have already been filed with China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), with expected prices ranging from RMB 200,000 to RMB 450,000. Xiaomi will hold a dedicated Pengcheng Series Technology Launch Event at 7:00 PM on July 30, officially unveiling the two range-extended SUVs and highlighting key technologies such as the Kunlun architecture, range-extender powertrain, and adaptable cabin systems. Immediately following the event, physical vehicle experiences will become available simultaneously at all Xiaomi offline stores nationwide.
