Visteon released its second-quarter financial results on July 28, 2026, reporting net sales of $960 million, net income of $49 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $116 million for the quarter. Despite headwinds from lower customer vehicle production volumes and declining legacy programs, the company achieved a 4% year-over-year increase in sales (excluding foreign exchange and net pricing impacts), driven by ramp-up of new product launches and improved regional execution.
