Chery's new premium off-road pickup under its Zongheng brand, the F700—the brand’s first all-terrain luxury pickup—will officially launch on August 6, with a previously announced pre-sale price of RMB 364,900. Positioned as a plug-in hybrid multi-purpose truck, the F700 measures 5,495 mm in length, 2,050 mm in width, and 1,985 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,350 mm, making it over two meters wide. The vehicle features a dual-screen setup comprising a 15.6-inch central infotainment display and a 35.4-inch panoramic "Skyline Display," powered by the Zongheng OS interactive system with support for seamless dual-screen connectivity. Under the hood, the F700 is equipped with Chery’s Kunpeng Super Hybrid CDM-O powertrain, combining a dedicated 2.0TD hybrid engine with CATL lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. This setup delivers a combined output of 904 horsepower, achieves a CLTC-rated combined range of 1,300 kilometers, supports 800V ultra-fast charging, and has a declared fuel consumption of just 1.39 L/100 km. In terms of chassis architecture, the F700 employs double-wishbone independent front suspension and a high-strength integrated ladder frame, offering excellent bump absorption and off-road capability. The cargo bed features a high-capacity layout with multiple integrated anchor points for convenient equipment storage and securing. The model offers both “2+2” and “2+3” seating configurations and can be optionally fitted with tires up to 275 mm in width. The F700 was listed in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s (MIIT) 407th batch of the “Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products” in May 2024.
