The Xpeng G9L, a mid-to-large five-seater SUV, made its public debut on July 29 in a matte green finish, featuring a boxy yet streamlined silhouette. The vehicle is equipped with distinctive dual-layer "Star Ring" lighting at both the front and rear, along with an intelligent driver-assistance indicator light—commonly known as the "Little Blue Light." It will be offered in both all-electric and range-extended variants, both configured with five seats. The vehicle measures 5,120 mm in length and 1,999 mm in width, with three height options: 1,782 mm, 1,788 mm, and 1,795 mm, and a wheelbase of 3,100 mm. According to data from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the all-electric version comes with either a 91.9 kWh or 110 kWh battery pack, delivering CLTC-rated ranges from 672 km to 805 km across six variants. The all-wheel-drive models boast a combined system output of 430 kW. The range-extended variant features a 1.5-liter turbocharged range extender paired with a 63.3 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack. As of now, the company has not launched any official teaser campaigns or formal unveiling events for this model.
