CATL Establishes Wholly-Owned Sales Subsidiary with RMB 3 Billion Registered Capital

Recently, Contemporary Amperex Technology (Ningde) Sales Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of RMB 3 billion. The company is wholly owned by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) and its business scope includes battery sales, battery component sales, sales of new energy prime movers, EV charging pile sales, and sales of battery swap facilities for new energy vehicles.
