Qwen Open Platform Launches with Multi-Device Access and AI Agent Services

Today, Qwen Open Platform officially launched, opening service integration for three types of devices—smartphones, PCs, and AI glasses—to ecosystem partners and developers. The first batch of partners spans sectors including logistics, real estate and housing, local services, wealth management, and automotive, with notable names such as SF Express, TianE DaoJia’s EBao, and Lenovo LeXiang. Alibaba ecosystem products like Cainiao and Quark Cloud Drive have also integrated with the platform. Third parties can now build AI agents on this platform to deliver end-to-end service experiences—from consultation to fulfillment—within the Qwen app. The platform enables ecosystem partners and developers to easily integrate their existing agents via standardized protocols for rapid migration and deployment. It provides essential infrastructure including account systems, AI-powered payments, and order integration, along with built-in front-end components and templates to support multimodal interactive experiences. On AI glasses, the open platform offers two integration models: Skill integration and industry-specific customization. Developers can use natural language to customize Skills—for example, creating a “What’s Around Me” Skill for visually impaired users to alert them to obstacles ahead.
