On August 14, the Product Director of Zhiji Auto confirmed that the standalone circular satellite button on the lower right side of the Zhiji RX’s multifunction steering wheel is the “One-Touch BOOST” switch. Pressing this button activates an all-domain high-performance BOOST mode, enabling synchronized coordination between powertrain, chassis, and cabin systems. In this mode, the electric drive system delivers 10% more torque, paired with a dedicated accelerator pedal calibration for more immediate throttle response. All-wheel-drive models unleash their full combined output of 437 kW. Simultaneously, seat belts pre-tension, seat bolsters actively tighten, suspension damping and steering parameters shift to performance-oriented settings, and the active rear diffuser dynamically adjusts to increase downforce at high speeds. Inside the cabin, the instrument cluster, central display, and passenger-side screen automatically switch to a BOOST-exclusive interface, while ambient lighting changes color accordingly. The button features a physical, standalone design, allowing drivers to operate it directly with their thumb while driving—without navigating through multiple layers of touchscreen menus.
