Wimai Rolls Out 500th Humanoid Robot Chassis

On August 11, Wimail officially rolled out its 500th dedicated chassis for humanoid robots at its production base in Huzhou. Wimail is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hangzhou Lanxin Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., and has established a comprehensive product portfolio of humanoid robot chassis—ranging from lightweight research models to heavy-duty industrial variants capable of carrying up to 200 kg—including the H6, H6 Mini, and H3 series. The company currently holds over 1,000 units in confirmed orders for its humanoid chassis. Leveraging its proprietary four-steering-wheel omnidirectional motion control technology, Wimail achieves positioning accuracy of ±10 mm and angular control precision of ±1°. Its chassis are also equipped with a self-developed 360° 3D vision-based obstacle avoidance system and a dual-battery hot-swappable design enabling battery replacement in under one minute. Wimail currently operates two manufacturing facilities—in Huzhou and Gui’an—with a combined area of approximately 23,000 square meters and an annual production capacity of 15,000 units. All production lines adhere to ISO 9001 three-tier quality control standards.
