Deepal G318 Officially Equipped with Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 Pro and 27-Sensor Fusion Perception System

On August 15, Deepal announced that its all-new Deepal G318 will be equipped with Huawei's Qiankun ADS 5 Pro advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS), revealing the vehicle’s hardware specifications and features. The car features a sensor-fusion perception system comprising 27 sensors, including one in-cabin LiDAR (LiDAR Limera), three 4D millimeter-wave radars, eleven high-definition cameras, and twelve ultrasonic radars. Built on the WEWA 2.0 architecture, the system leverages 60 EFLOPS of cloud computing power and benefits from one billion kilometers of cloud-based driving data, with its cloud algorithms updated every four days. The vehicle will support a range of functions, including urban Navigation Cruise Assist (NCA), highway NCA, full-scenario intelligent parking assist, and the comprehensive Collision Avoidance System (CAS).
