On August 16, Lu Fang, Chairman of VOYAH Motor Technology Co., Ltd., responded to the viral video showing the VOYAH Lute S performing a 360-degree loop inside a tunnel. He emphasized that VOYAH adheres strictly to the principle of avoiding fake or misleading tests and stated that this challenge once again demonstrates China's automotive technology has reached world-leading levels. The VOYAH Lute S has officially launched, featuring Huawei’s Qiankun Intelligent Driving system with a standard four-lidar setup across all trims, including Huawei’s 896-line LiDAR. Prices start at RMB 229,900. The vehicle is available in two variants: a single-motor rear-wheel-drive version and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive version. The rear-wheel-drive model is equipped with a rear-mounted motor delivering a peak output of 300 kW, while the all-wheel-drive variant features dual motors—175 kW at the front and 300 kW at the rear—for a combined output of 475 kW. Measuring 5,050 mm long, 1,998 mm wide, and 1,656 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm, the Lute S sports a performance-oriented design. It supports advanced features such as NOA highway navigation assist and memory parking. The car also debuts globally the 98 kWh Amber Battery 2.0, which exceeds national standards, offering CLTC-rated ranges of 740 km for the rear-wheel-drive version and 700 km for the all-wheel-drive variant.
